“Paid to have this fitted professionally and it looks good when up and on - but the touch ‘button’ is temperamental to say the least. Sometimes it works ok, sometimes we are fiddling about pressing it repeatedly in lots of different places and ways to get it to switch on/off - yet alone change colour! No response from email to customer services except to say they have received my email. Even if they replace, still have to have it fitted AGAIN so unless they are amazing when they eventually get back to me I am still going to be annoyed and unlikely to use again. To be fair, it is a bank holiday, but I emailed Friday morning. If the button worked fine I would be really chuffed with mirror so might just have been unlucky. This was cheapest brass mirror we could find - my advice would be perhaps it is true that you get what you pay for”

“Bought this mirror on the 14th of august and the website said the delivery is next day. Then ai recieved an email the next day saying the delivery is within 1 or 2 working days from the date of the email.
They are finally delivering it today (23rd August). Terrible service”

“I was a bit worried when it turned up because the box was damaged but after checking it over and installing it, it's working fine.
I did inform Bathroom Mountain and they assured me if there was a problem with it they would replace it.
