“Unfortunately the first mirror we ordered turned up smashed. But Faith in the customer services team responded to our message immediately and shipped a replacement out the same day. However, that mirror arrived smashed too! But again, Faith responded to our message immediately and shipped a replacement out the same day, she also offered us a full refund for our troubles and organised a courier to collect the two broken mirrors. The third mirror arrived without a scratch and was easy to install.
