“I ordered this mirror cabinet with delivery coinciding with the final days of our bathroom fitter time on the job. It was left on the doorstep with no notification of arrival which is surprising given its value. The outer box was badly damaged and inside the mirror was completely smashed. Bathroom Mountain accepted the faulty product, arranged collection of the damaged cabinet and sent out a replacement.
The replacement cabinet arrived and was exactly the same as the first delivery. Smashed to pieces.
According to Bathroom Mountain I shouldn't have arranged the fitter to come back as they use 3rd party logistics and have No control over the condition on arrival. They also informed me that it was expensive for them to collect the damaged items and couldn't I dispose of it for them. They had no willingness to make even the slightest gesture of goodwill. Definitely would not recommend them to deliver anything that is breakable.”
