“This was a great mirror, but it didn't fit so I had to return it and order the smaller 600mm mirror. All aspects of this purchase and return were smooth and efficient. It's not the first thing I've ordered from Bathroom Mountain and won't be the last!”
“The product looked nothing like the online image. It looked more akin to a £50 cabinet. To allow the door to open, one side of the cabinet is ‘chopped off’ so instead of a circular silhouette, you have an ugly vertical with an exposed power cable.
I decided to return it as the website promised an easy return. However, the small print states that in order to return the packaging CANNOT be damaged. I defy anyone to open bathroom cabinet packaging which has been sealed with heavy duty metal staples to extract the product without any damage to the packaging. So the ‘easy returns’ policy should read ‘easy for Bathroom Mountain, as we don’t accept returns’.
I now have a £380 ugly cabinet which it seems I have to keep.
If I could give zero stars I would. Dreadful company policy.”
