“Overall the mirror looks fantastic and the build quality is nice. Easy to change from white light to warm light and suits the bathroom well. However - after having our first shower, it seems the "de-mist" pad only covers a very small section of the centre of the mirror. So rather than have the whole thing demisted, it looks like you've just wiped your hand across a small centre section, which of course I could have done with my old mirror that didn't cost upwards of £200. Not sure if they're all like this or not, but it's a bit disappointing.”

Regarding the demister pad - we do understand your concern. The demister on this model is designed to clear a central area of approximately 200x500mm, not the entire mirror surface. This is clearly shown in the product images on our website to help set accurate expectations before purchase.
