“Ordered too small for the space, reordered larger size. Unable to retun in person due to distance, 4 stars only - due to the hefty returns fee.”

“I ordered a mirror that required swapping. I emailed in, had a reply within 30 minutes and I recieved a notification for next day delivery for a replacement. Throughout the process, the agent speaking to me via email was kind, considerate and extremely efficient! I don’t think I’ve ever had a query resolved so quickly from any other company! Thankyou Bathroom Mountan.”
