“The cabinet itself was as described; the service was not great. I ordered the wrong product (my fault totally) but the return policy of the company was, unfortunately, not clear at point of purchase and practically impossible to follow. This meant that, despite wishing to return the product in pristine condition, I was unable to return it as the box was lightly damaged in opening (how do you open a taped up box without causing some light damage?). It seems the returns policy is designed to be impossible to adhere to. Good product (by way of what I briefly saw of it); impractical and unfollowable returns policy. Would not use this company again for that reason.”
