“The mirror came very well packaged, which was great because before I was given the mirror, the member of staff serving me dropped it.
The mirror was easy to install it does everything you want from a mirror, however the Bluetooth speaker is a little tinny at the highest volume.”
“Well designed product and nuclear proof packaging. Great light and hardly needed demister so far. Bluetooth does a good job as long as not too loud. Would buy again.”
“Beautiful Contemporary Mirrors!
That said, the Customer Services need to update their knowledge regarding their products.
Purchased two of these mirrors couple of years ago. The lights on one of the mirrors became very dim. Customer services told me there were no replacement parts and I needed to replace the mirror at £183! My son realised that the on off switch can also dim the lights, so there was nothing wrong with the mirror. Could have been a very costly mistake! On the strength of that, have ordered two more for a house refurbishment.”
“Quick delivery and great value.vthis piece looks great and fits so well in our bathroom remodel.
Electricians have fitted it so can't comment on how easy that was but it came with detailed instructions and it's easy to use. Sound quality is not amazing but Great for music while in the smallest room”
“This mirror is great. We found it easy to install and it is definitely a talking point in our bathroom. The light is great, it has a blue hue on images which isnt noticeable in real life. The speaker is a great addition and sounds good unless it goes too loud and can be a little fuzzy. Overall we are really impressed.”
