“We chose a battery powered LED as we did not want the fuss of hard wiring. The product arrived well packed, but was found to have a chip hidden, ironically, under the plastic corner protector. After contacting customer services, a replacement was dispatched straightaway, and we are very happy with the level of service from Bathroom Mountain. This is a very heavy item and needs two to install”
