“We were looking for a cabinet to finish off our new bathroom and came across Bathroom Mountain with the ideal cabinet, selected the size we required and delivery date, fast delivery by DHL.
Opened the box which was well protected to find a further box with polystyrene all around it, looks fine but not fitted yet.”
“I bought the Bali basin wall hung vanity along with this mirror cabinet and a tap. While this cabinet was good, there is a break at the lower corner of one of the drawers in the vanity which wasn’t obvious at the beginning.
I asked bathroom mountain to replace the drawer only but they said that since the unit has been installed they can only offer me a discount to buy a new vanity. As if it’s cheap to reinstall a new vanity just to replace a drawer. They said that I needed to return the entire unit before it was installed so they replace it also not taking in consideration how much I have to pay the plumber to come again.
I gave them 2 stars because the other things were good but I will be cautious buying from them as it seems they try to get away from replacing damaged goods.
They actually asked if I have photos of the packaging of the unit before it was unwrapped!
If you have to buy from them, make sure you take pictures of the packages and all the items as it doesn’t seem they replace them.”
“Service from bathroom mountain was great. The product itself is really good. A lovely mirror cabinet which lets oks great and is well built. It switches on and off with a motion sensor which means you don’t need to touch the mirror and get finger marks all over it. The Bluetooth speaker is a great addition and actually the sound is surprisingly good. Would highly recommend.”
“Bluetooth speakers are good quality, I had a mirror with built in bluetooth previously and the sound quality was terrible so I was pleasantly surprised. The mirror makes a connection noise each time the phone connects which happens when you turn it on, it is annoying when on stealth parenting duties and it unexpectedly sounds. The overal quality is similar to that of other type mirrors and the lighting spectrum is limited so I would suggest you are paying primarily for the sound quality with this product. All in all, easy install for 2 people, but perhaps a little overpriced.”
