“We ordered an illuminated bathroom mirror cabinet which from ordering to receipt was very fast. On receipt one of the mirrored doors was smashed. I reported the damage & spoke to Lauren who was very sympathetic & helpful. A damage goods form was sent immediately which we filled in complete with photos of damage and almost immediately received a reply that a replacement would be sent out to is. From receipt of damaged item & receiving the perfect replacement was 4 days. So impressed by the service we received. Wile would recommend them & definitely use them again should we need more bathroom goods.”
