On a separate point, the wrong item was delivered (had a very similar item code). Mistakes will happen, but I believe that it depends what a company does next. And Bathroom Mountain were fantastic. I contacted them, they asked for a photo of the box that arrived, which I sent, and a couple hours later, I got an email to say that the correct item had been dispatched. It arrived a couple days later. I would definitely order from Bathroom Mountain again, with confidence! Highly recommend their wonderful service and products!”
“We love our new bathroom cabinet and it has certainly tidied he sink. We had very little choice of cabinet elsewhere as very few offered a right hand door hinge which we required. The cabinet looks great and the lighting and demister on the mirror works great. Couple of little irritations considering the price.
1. The shelves are not adjustable
2. To open the cabinet involves grabbing the edge of the mirror and possible damage to the mirror silvering. Some other brands have a small knob protruding below the mirror.
Despite these small criticisms we would recommend this mirror/cabinet.
Cannot fault the customer service offered by Bathroom Mountain.”
