“WITHOUT PREJUDICE Mirror cabinet itself excellent in all respects (tested but not yet installed) - but a pity it had to be made in China and not UK. Arrived promptly and in perfect condition thanks to very careful packing. But I found your ordering system a nightmare. I wanted to order over the phone and pay by credit card but was told this was not possible, so I had to use your 'on line' ordering system. I made mistakes and each time I tried to alter my order, I ADDED an extra mirror cabinet to my basket, ending up with an order for SIX cabinets at a cost of £1,179.94 !!!!! I repeatedly tried coming completely out of your website and then going back in, but instead of the order returning to zero, it REMAINED UNCHANGED at six mirrors for £1,179.94. (WHY????) I contacted your chat line and was told to click on the word 'BASKET', but I did this and nothing happened, so I gave up. My wife later managed to correct my order for me.
I don't like ordering by 'baskets' on line - very impersonal and I'm not familiar with it. A pity a PERSON could not have taken my order and credit card details over the phone. So my first experience of your company was not a good one - an excellent product and prompt delivery, but a traumatic time experienced when actually trying to order what I required !!”
