“The cabinet itself is really nice and ticking all of my boxes but what’s definitely worth mentioning is the outstanding customer service this company provides. I’ve had some issues with delayed delivery but that has nothing to do with this company, courier has lost my parcel. They didn’t even think twice but sent me a replacement straight away, that was again delayed by the courier and they felt so bad that they didn’t only give me enough support but also paid out some compensation which I didn’t expect at all. Everyone is so polite and helpful, I wish all the stores could provide such a high level of service. I’m really grateful for this, I didn’t feel stressed even for a second which was very important to me as I’m 9 months pregnant! I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know and will come back if I ever need anything. Thank you!!”
