“The product has not yet arrived and Evri has not yet received the item from the seller. I spoke to B&Q customer Support to get them to chase the subcontractor (seller)but they said they can not do anything for me and I needed to contact the seller, who does not have a contact phone number just a proformer. On line before purchase it said delivery in 2 or three days, but the invoice said 7 days. B&Q accepted the order and are therefore responsible for resolving questions and problems. This has not happened. Customer Support appears to be worthless”
We have looked into this matter and can confirm that your order was delivered on 17/04/2025, which was the delivery date selected at checkout. We have also checked with DHL and can see that a proof of delivery is available for your order.
