Despite excellent customer service and prompt delivery I have twice come up against issues. The tall bathroom cabinet had a manufacturing problem so had to have the door replaced and order no 168036/168040 had a nasty crack across one side. The packaging was very suitable and Undamaged so i am left thinking that it was packed like it. A second unit arrived promptly. I am happy with the product but think Bathroom mountain are let down by the service they receive. Your couriers coming out of Chichester are excellent.
