“I ordered this cabinet to replace an identical one that I was having fitted but it got damaged by the builder.
The item was not shown on the website unless I ordered it with the sink which I didn't need. I tried to get help via email by replying to the original email receipt that contained my details and the details of all the items I had ordered. The response was please provide the following:
Full Name
Billing and Shipping Address
Contact Number
SKU numbers and Quantity.
Preferred delivery date.
Email address
So obviously they never actually read the whole email because all that detail was there.
I got another reply that said the item was out of stock until 15/10/24 so on the 16th I opted to try and order using the online chat but it was a painful experience. The first couple of people I was connected to just could not be bothered to help me and just dropped me.
The third did help and said they had sent me a quote by email, I said the price seemed a little expensive and I then three more different quotes dropped into my email.
I used the buy it now link on one of them to purchase the item but to be honest, I wish I had just gone back to the store to sort this in the first place as I am sure it would have been so much easier.
The only plus to this experience is that delivery was prompt and the item was delivered undamaged!”
