“Lovely looking tap which looks much more expensive than it was really pleased with it & the packaging was substantial. We also ordered a modern toilet and thrilled with that too. The chaps on the help line were great when I phoned for advice. We paid extra for next day delivery which did arrive the next day. However if I had one criticism it would that they offer a better tracking service & perhaps a 4hr time slot or even am or pm delivery. They state delivery between 8am & 6pm (ours arrived at 6:10pm) which is a long time to be hanging around. That said the delivery guy was great and we would definitely use them again.”
