“Had 3 delivered all damaged, packaging was not fit for purpose, ordered a very similar basin from Amazon and arrived intact due to protective packaging. Store agreed to refund over phone, but never did, was forced to return to the store in order to obtain refund, told store manager I could not recommend them and would never use them again.”
