After delivery i realised i had ordered the wrong bath, They were so helpfull and ordered me a new one to arrive the next day. The advisors were so helpfull helping me select what i needed as i didn't have a clue what i was doing. they have a fantastic range to choose from. i would recommed them to everybody.”
“Was too small for the cistern opening we had, I was unaware that they came in different sizes until all the packaging had been thrown away, plus the returns policy to pay for return shipping would have negated most of the cost of this so not worth returning”
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the flush button wasn’t the right fit for your cistern. Flush buttons do come in different sizes, so we always recommend checking specifications before purchase.
Regarding returns, we do require the original packaging, as all returned items must be in resellable condition.
