“Unfortunately I have still not received my bath panel I ordered as it’s been ‘lost’ whilst out on delivery. Also it is now out of stock, so waiting to see if it comes back in stock.
I was also not impressed with the delivery of my bath and shower screen. I was given a 2 hour slot but this came and went. 2 hours after my slot I had the delivery men at my door. No contact at all from them even though it was very late and I was told I would get a phone call to say they were on their way. Their tracking system also said they were 30 minutes away when they were at my door.
I do have to say the men in the shop are very helpful and polite but the delivery really needs to be sorted as I feel reluctant to order again from yourselves .”

“Nice solid bath panel, delivery was really quick, and they kept me up to date with texts and a call to let me know when it would be arriving so I didnt have to stay in all day. Looks lovely in my bathroom. Thank you”
