“Firstly when it arrived the packaging was open and when I looked inside the manufacturer packaging was open and fell apart when I lifted it out of the delivery box, it was like it had been returned before. The frustrating thing was that when I ordered it there was no mention of requiring anything else to for the tap but when the plumber went to fit it he said it required additional equipment so I had to then go out and buy a tap and waste locally to get the bathroom done”
