“I ordered a new shower screen, forgot that I'd not used my BM account for a while and inadvertantly order the shower to the wrong (my old) delivery address. Because they're so quick in the logistic I had no time over the weekend to contact them to tell them. Anyway, spoke to the delivery driver when he called, who spoke to the delivery teams head office, then Bathroom Mountain contacted me - and despite the fact they had to return the item to stock, process of refund and then reorder the shower screen - the whole process was very smooth and efficient. Many thanks for retifying the mistake, shower screen now here safely.”

It’s a little bit of a head scratcher to put together as the instructions are poor but the build and results are solid.
The seal seems good. I’m quite pleased with it. Jut need to change the shower and tap fittings to black.”

The only slightly nitpicky thing I could say is that the door handle could have been made a bit heavier to feel more high end.

“As others have mentioned, the instructions for this door are awful, but once you have figured it out the door itself looks great. I wanted to hang the door with the handle on the left, which you can do, but it took a bit of working out as the instructions weren't clear. It's worth reading through a few times before starting. Great service from Bathroom Mountain and delivery arrived on the day expected, which given I'm based in the Scottish Highlands was a big bonus!”
