1st delivery was 21/2 hours late and I was unable to wait that long for it. In fairness we were in the middle of the Christmas delivery period and it was a bad day on the roads.
The driver said he would mark it as a business address and I also spoke to the office who were prompt, helpful and true to thier word.
2nd delivery was scheduled for mid day and arrived within the designated time slot. The driver was very pleasant and curtious, putting my delivery exactly were I wanted it.

“I would give 5 start because the product is good and easy enough to install, delivery experience was great. However I struggled with instructions a bit and it says "shower door 760mm" but on the instructions shows that it only goes to 750 max so I just about managed to install because I needed a door to go up to 760
As a bathroom installer if I look for a door that is 760mm it means I like it to be 760mm”
“Once installed, it's OK, but I wouldn't buy it again. The packaging was totally inadequate, and it's a miracle the glass was in one piece. The aluminium is so thin that there were dents and warps from transit. They had to be bent back into shape, but you can still see them in the light. The hinges have plastic caps that go over the top for mainly cosmetic purposes. These are all way too loose. Not sure whether to glue them on - might have to, which is not ideal. The absolute worst thing though is the instructions. They are the worst instructions I've ever encountered. Some of the illustrations look nothing like the items, and the diagrams are way too fiddly with virtually no supporting text.”
