“Was really impressed with the service and comms, and the swift response to a query. It was a swift and seamless transaction, from ordering to delivery. You certainly got the feeling that even though it was a product less than £200 that they treated you as a very important customer. My only qualm was that I thought that a £30 delivery charge was excessive otherwise I would have no hesitation in recommeneding these guys.”
“It said I didnt need to sign for this item when I ordered it, but then it seemed I did so the delivery had to be changed when the item was already out for delivery. It was swiftly handled but the instructions werent clear.”
“Good quality , does exactly what it’s supposed to do . The delivery driver was very unhelpful wouldn’t help the lady take doors to her front door . So had to stay were he left them till I got there , saying they were to heavy for him to lift them up stairs . Absolutely rubbish they were very light to carry . He just couldn’t be bothered.”
