“The otherwise well made product was not 1200mm and had to be modified in order to fit the 1200mm gap. The installation instructions were appalling, I am a retired technical illustrator and have produced manuals myself. The drawings of profiles of the rubber seals and inserts were totally inaccurate and the pieces had to be selected by a process of elimination.
I am still waiting for blanking plugs for the screws holding the rollers on the sliding rail having requested them some two weeks ago. This I appreciate may be owing to the season and the Covid situation.
I hope this review will allow improvements to be made, especially in respect of the description of the units dimensions.
