“I was extremely disappointed the leave of service received. The goods were not delivered along with the radiators I there for had to cancel the engineers due to the materials not being delivered I spoke to your customer service team who imformed me they couldn’t do anything till they had spoken to the courier company. The items arrived two days later than planned To date we haven’t received a return call to our complaint happy o receive your monies however after sales were extremely poor.”

My only minor issue is that all the photos of the radiator we bought showed valves, but they were not included. So I had to order these in a rush and hence pay separate (quite high) postage on them. Mostly my fault for not being careful.”
