“I purchased two bathroom suites including this towel radiator. During the few months I was popping in and out of the store I was liaising with Lauren - the deputy manager.
Lauren was great!!! On a couple of occasions I received the wrong item, she got it sorted, on another couple of occasions I wanted to return items even when I went past the 28 return policy but she got it sorted.
There's a pattern here, as a customer she made sure I was looked after.
Lauren is a credit to Bathroom Mountain.
If all the staff are as helpful and friendly as Lauren then the company would be inundated with compliments of your staff.
Give the young lady a promotion and give her a GM role.”
“Radiator really compliments our gold bathroom theme. Very well built, has a premium feel to it. I went 1600x500. Tall radiators are the way forward.
Next day delivery was a bonus.”
“It came damaged. And unlike before when you could go in and get a replacement straight away, now you have to wait till 4 pm or of you miss the deadline 4pm the next day. I do not like this new set up.”
