“This is the second one i have bought. First one failed after around 5 years, which is actually impressive as the issue was due to poor installation of the valves, which should have really seen some issues earlier. This is a testament of the build quality of the radiator.
In terms of performance, it warms up an approx. 2.5mx2mx2.7mheight bathroom very effectively.
There is very little to no left-right compliance in the brackets, but a skilled installed will have no issues with this.
Very happy with purchase, good quality, well packaged, delivered on time and kept updated on delivery slot on the day.”
“Delivery of product was brilliant, would have given 5 stars only the tail threads were not tapered threads on lower part of radiator more like parallel thread had to revert to old style boss white and hemp to make sure of good seal on valve tails.”
“We are delighted with this radiator for our En Suite renovation, it looks fantastic and is exactly the right size and look.
We had a minor issue and it was sorted out straight away with excellent customer service!!!”
“Nowhere local had the size I needed, was even lucky to get it in this colour, goes perfectly with my bathroom, looks very modern and chic. Great value for money too, speedy delivery… can’t fault the product and the service, thank you”
