“Product arrived on time. Was initially wondering if it would be damaged and would have to be returned as happened with a delivery from another company, but it was so well packed in bubble wrap and good quality cardboard that my fears were unfounded.
Product was not only packed professionally, but I was impressed with the quality of the finish and the solid feel. Currently 33° centigrade so obviously not in use, but has been fitted and tested by professional plumber.”
“Lovely product. We originally bought a larger model but found it too big. Bathroom Mountain customer service was excellent. They changed it and delivered the smaller one the next day”
“This radiator is a substantial product and was very well packaged for safe delivery. It looks great now it's fitted. I've given a rating of four stars because the instructions are a bit lacking. It really would have been more helpful if the measurements between centres of the mounting brackets were specified. The diagram showing the drill hole positions doesn't give any dimensions. Working single handed it was a bit awkward measuring these as the brackets are round with no means of stopping the rule slipping. Otherwise all good.”
