“Radiator itself is very nice and excellent heat output.
Fitting kit is poor;
No dimensions in instructions- ok I can measure but better if just clear as per just radiators
Wall mounting seriously flawed as all four are on the left hand side and the grub screw is at the wall end of a slot. This means any pressure in the ends of the towel bars causes it to pivot on the inner mount and applies a huge leverage on the outside mount and tgr grubscrew is too weak to hold it. Checking in tgr showroom it seems ok ish on the narrower radiator but the 600 wide ones were either loose or one had an extra screw fitted. I’m now having to make a “stopper” to attach to the wall to stop the unsupported end from pushing in. Shouldn’t have to!”
“Very poor customer service. I tried to return a simple item worth £35 and all I got were constant obstacles — it’s ridiculous. First it’s the box, then it’s too much tape, then not enough tape, then the barcode isn’t visible (I’m not even sure it had one in the first place!). What should have been a straightforward return turned into a stressful experience. I do not recommend.”

“I bought this to fit in a kithen we have just renewed. Any ordinary radiator wouldn't have looked right with the modern units and we wanted the facility for hanging the hand towel and maybe even tea towels but a chrome bathroom ladder type towel rail would have been out of place.
The open ended design of this radiator makes it that little bit different and it looks just stunning in matt black.
Ordering was simple and it arrived the next day very securely packed and in perfect condition.
