“We buy this radiatoir and ewxpect the same colur vent plugs not chrome that stand out so will have to purchsae some for the customer, you say to the supplier and they say thats what ic comes with, no where tells you that on purchase. We fit a lot of designer radiators and always colour coded, the delivery was fasy but this is poor also had to chase a vat invoice. this should be sent when they are quick enough to take the payment. sorry for the review but wont use again first time and last”
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the vent plugs. The product images on our website do show that the air vent is chrome, as this is the standard finish provided by the supplier. However, we understand your preference for color-matched components.
Regarding the VAT invoice, this has now been sent to you via email. VAT invoices are not automatically provided with orders as they are generated separately upon request.
