“Really efficient dispatch / delivery service sadly not the same colour as it is in the picture not matter what light I shine on it it looks bronze rather than gold which I wouldn’t have ordered have knowing the real colour”
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m pleased that we were able to speak this afternoon to discuss the matter further.
As discussed, our quality and website teams have been informed of the colour variation to help prevent this from happening in the future. I’m glad that a suitable resolution was provided and that you’re happy with the outcome.
Best wishes,
Bathroom Mountain Team
“Bought with the tails, feet and matching valves for a living room renovation. This looks amazing and has finished off the room. Gives of plenty of heat and the finish is fantastic. Price and delivery were great as always and Bathroom Mountain have quickly become my go to for radiators. Great service, local and very competitive, what more could you want.”
“Ordered this radiator for the style and colour. The picture helped show how it would look in my green room with wood floor. Delivery was on time and the colour is perfect. Goes with my sockets. Very happy just need to get it installed now.”
