The item looks exactly how it does on the photos and looks great when fitted.
Unfortunately there was a mark on the item but this looked due to a manufacturing default and we were able to switch its position so you could not see the mark. Too early to say how it performs but I’m sure it will be fine”
“The radiator is fine looks good and is exactly as described, Bathroom Mountain on the other hand were not so good, I was told that it would be in stock in 3 working days, I paid for it and arranged a plumber to come and fit it, it didn't arrive, I was told to try again in 3 more days which I did it still hadn't arrived and I had a blank space where it should have been, I rang a 3rd time and was told it had arrived so I arranged to collect it 2 days later, I again arranged for the plumber to come and fit it. I drove to the store but no one could find my order, the assistant was apologetic and said she would arrange for free next day delivery, I asked for a Monday (3 days after) instead and was told it would arrive before 12. I took a day off work and it didn't arrive. I rang the store and it was a frustrating phone call to say the least, I was told that they were following "protocol" and it was not their fault it hadn't been delivered, I would ahve to wait anpther 2 days but they would speak to the couriers and get them to ring me when they were due to deliver it. It arrived 2 days later - no phone call but I the had an email after it was delivered to confirm the delivery. I have to say I was treated very poorly and the delays were never explained”

“The radiator arrived and is exactly as described & pictured. It looks great & arrived in great condition. The colour is a deep bronze & the texture is silky and Matte. It’s very heavy, but definitely gives an authentic feel if that’s what you’re after”
