“I have used Bathroom mountain many times and have always been impressed, but I ordered a black column radiator and received a damaged radiator which was replaced promptly, unfortunately the second radiator was also damaged and then the third. I have now received a full refund. I have now ordered a Screwfix radiator which looks identical but was £50 less and in perfect condition.
Will continue to use bathroom mountain but maybe not for column radiators.”
