“I really don’t know where to start with this company. I’ll be brief and to the point-
Radiators ordered on Monday. Expected delivery on the Wednesday, didn’t arrive. Contacted bathroom mountain who promised they were on their way and would be with me on the Thursday. Never arrived. Contacted them again on the Friday and spent over an hour on the phone going round in circles.
Customer services stated APC delivery company were to blame. I contacted the delivery company and they stated “Bathroom Mountain hadn’t sent the parcels”.
The order was cancelled and re-ordered on the Friday in order for the radiators to arrived on Monday. Monday, no radiators turned up. Contacted bathroom mountain on the Monday and spent another hour on the phone. Demanded to speak to a manager, guess what, they were all
In a meeting. Told I was to expect a call from
a manger during the day on Monday. As expected NO call from a manager whatsoever, but promised the radiators on the Tuesday. Tuesday arrives, no radiators turned up. Bathroom mountain hadn’t sent them to APC in time. Wednesday the radiators turned up, but by this time my customer was absolutely furious, which in turn left me in an awkward position. I’ve never seen sheer incompetence as to this company. From the very top to the teams on the ground, absolutely incompetent. I’ll be sure to spread the word to my fellow Plumbing and heating circle as far wide as reasonable possible. I urge all Bathroom mountain customers to go elsewhere and to avoid this company as a matter of urgency.”
