“I’m honestly shocked by my experience with Bathroom Mountain. I ordered four radiators, and unbelievably, three of four arrived damaged. Two chipped, one warped. With installers already booked and paid for, I had no choice but to fit them, meaning I’m now stuck with them through no fault of my own.
What makes this worse is the company’s response. After days of back‑and‑forth, the “solution” offered was a £110 refund for all three damaged items or replacements but of course, that’s another days labour in this climate which is so incredibly high. That doesn’t even begin to cover the loss, the inconvenience, or the fact that the products arrived in a condition that should never have passed quality control.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, these were not that. Yet Bathroom Mountain has shown little urgency, little accountability, and absolutely no willingness to offer a fair resolution. I’ve asked to speak to management constantly to no avail.
I’ve had to escalate this myself, involve my card provider, and chase repeatedly just to be heard. It’s been exhausting, disappointing, and frankly unacceptable.
I would strongly urge anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I’m still waiting for Bathroom Mountain to do the right thing.”
“Ordered a number of different sized traditional column radiators in white. Arrived well packaged and on time. Now installed, they all look great so very pleased. Would recommend Bathroom Mountain for range, price, service and delivery.”
“This radiator is perfect for our hallway.
The fitting instructions are very clear and easy to install.
The finish on the radiator is very high quality and overall I am very impressed and will be buying a larger one for our living room when we renovate that room.”
“Great looking radiators, currently swapping all our old rusty ones for these new but traditional looking rads. Would very much recommend them based on looks, how easy they are to install and their performance”
