Thank you for your feedback.
We're glad to hear that your radiator arrived in good condition, but we're sorry that your valves haven't arrived.
We'll look into this for you and reach out to you directly to help resolve this.

“Perfect for any room with the massive range of sizes and the matching valves which provide a better aesthetic to the room over the white panel radiators. Very good quality and provide immense heat that doesn't dissipate as quickly either. Image is of the 600x1190 rad but the exact same faro matt black”
“We replaced an old white single radiator with this fabulous matt black flat panel horizontal radiator and the difference is quite stunning! Easy to fit and looks chic, modern and raises the whole look of the kitchen. A huge difference for little outlay. Love it!”
