I ordered 3 radiators from bathroom mountain they were the cheapest in that style I could find and all had great reviews. I had some issues with my delivery being delayed a few times which I now understand was an issue with their courier. I spoke to a lady on the phone about this after 3 delayed delivery dates, I didn't catch her name but she was very helpful and lovely as I was frustrated at the time. I then also spoke to Lauren in customer service about my issues and she too was very helpful in sorting it out. I think both ladies were a perfect example of good customer service in an undesirable situation. My delivery was rearranged and radiators arrived the next day. Thank you to both ladies, I know things can go wrong but it's how they handled it which made all the difference to me. Would definitely recommend Bathroom Mountain for price and service.
