“After ordering the radiators they arrived as expected the delivery lads insisted on doing all the lifting which was great because of the weight. They were all counted and it appeared to be the complete order, unfortunately after the plumbers arrived to fit them they discovered the brackets were missing so I contacted bathroom mountain customer service dept and explained my dilemma, as the plumbers had to return at my expense .
The customer service department assured me they would be with me the next day so I informed the plumbers and they returned albeit to an extra charge and the brackets turned up as expected, up until this point i was a bit dissatisfied with bathroom mountain but when the radiators were complete I was totally up beat with your company and hats off to your response
