“Can't comment on radiators as we cancelled our order. Day 1 - money taken. Day 2 - sorry, 6 matching radiators are delayed, we accepted the delay. Day 3 - those 6 radiators are discontinued, but here's the rest of your order immediately, despite us telling them to halt the order completely if they couldn't fulfill a good third of it.
Also interesting that those same radiators remained, and still remain, in stock for ordering on their website, so they will take your money but take the usual statutory 10-14 days to give you your money back. Plus their sale counting down to an end at 3 hrs later, never ended and is still going weeks later. Really not happy with how they conducted themselves overall, between delays, discontinued, incorrect website info, and quick to dispatch the ones in stock which then forces the refund to take 10-14 days.”
