“We had a mixed experience with Bathroom Mountain, but they handled the problems very well in the end.
The products are competitively priced and the customer service team themselves were excellent — polite, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout.
Unfortunately, the original delivery was poor. We were given a 3–7pm delivery slot and had someone waiting in all day, only for the van to arrive around 8:30pm with just the radiator valves and no radiator. We weren’t properly informed that the radiator wasn’t coming until after the delivery window had already passed.
This caused us additional problems because we were in the middle of a large construction project that had been booked months in advance and had to rearrange tradesmen, which unfortunately cost us money. Bathroom Mountain do state in their terms that installation work shouldn’t be arranged until goods have been received and checked, which I appreciate. In our circumstances, though, the need for the replacement radiator arose during ongoing building work, so avoiding that situation wasn’t really practical.
To their credit, once I contacted Bathroom Mountain the customer service was very good. They arranged a replacement quickly and, when our original size was unavailable, supplied the larger version at no additional cost. They also refunded the £30 delivery charge. The replacement then arrived when promised and was undamaged.
So although the original delivery and communication caused genuine inconvenience and additional expense, I was impressed with how the customer service team dealt with it afterwards and made a real effort to put things right.
Overall, very good value products and good customer service when there is a problem, but the delivery/fulfilment side could be more reliable.”
“This black radiator is a stylish and modern heating solution that combines both functionality and aesthetics, making it a popular choice for contemporary interiors.
1. Space-Saving Design
The vertical orientation is ideal for rooms with limited wall space. It frees up horizontal areas, allowing more flexibility for furniture placement—particularly useful in smaller rooms, hallways, or apartments.
2. Modern Aesthetic Appeal
The black finish gives a sleek, premium appearance. It works particularly well in modern, industrial, or minimalist interiors and can act as a statement piece rather than just a utility item.
3. Good Heat Output
Despite the slim profile, many vertical radiators are designed to deliver strong heat output. When sized correctly for the room, they can warm spaces efficiently.
4. Versatility in Placement
They can be installed in areas where traditional horizontal radiators wouldn't fit, such as narrow wall sections or between windows.”
“Great quality, delivered so quickly and with care. It looks unreal installed. Glad we went for the slimmer option, super sleek finish to our new kitchen.”
“We had an issue with the courier repeatedly postponing our delivery. We contacted customer services and they were brilliant, sent out replacement immediately and said they would deal with the courier to resolve the original order. Radiator arrived very quickly and was great quality product. The courier issue was not their fault but they responded so well. I wish more companies would be like this. I would happily order again.”
