“I purchased a radiator and values on over a weekend. The radiator was delivered on the Monday as I was informed. There was a delay with tge values and I had to cancel this part of the order. How customers service delt with this was excellent they arranged for the values to be returned before they arrived to me. And I was informed my refund was on it's way back to me.
