“I bought a designer rad (the same as this one) from a another company and it was only about three months in service and I noticed a wet patch on the floor and when I investigated I found the leak was from a weld on the rad !!!!!!!!!!. I could not find the invoice so I bought a new one and hopefully it will be ok now. Many thanks for a quick and concerned service !!!!”
