“The radiator comes dusty as if its been sat outside a building site for a week. It’s embarrassing you would expect to receive something clean as it is brand new. And trying to return is a nightmare what an absolute waste save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere”

“Looks really good up, and quality of metal and coating is excellent. Warning though, this model being double is very heavy, so the plumber had issue with the holding brackets. Especially as one was missing, but a phone call to supplier and another arrived the next day. Because this is a knock thru kitchen dinner, the BTU had to be around 7000. This was I think 6600, but there are not many rads available this high as vertical.”
“Radiator is just the job, but the wall screws are well bellow par 2 snapped when screwing in with hand held pozzy to get them level so had to use whal
bolts”
“Radiator looks great.
Brackets could have been better/easier to allow install. Had to mark up and measure where the 4 brackets were required to be fitted.
Additionally there was no information on the required spacing so had to work it out myself.
Would recommend however could be made easier with instructions”
