“ordered for next day delivery but it wasnt dispatched, waited another 4 days for it to arrive, but thr adiator valves to go with it werent delivered at the same time. I was told they refunded the radiator vavles but ehy would still be delivered but they werent. another 2 days later they finally delivered the free of charge rad vavles but in all honesty what should have been a simple next day delivery order turned into a week long multiple phone call nightmare!”
