“The product is as described. However, it is the customer service which influenced my 5 star review. I had ordered some valves to match the radiator which were missing upon delivery. However, one phone call later, the valves were dispatched the same day and arrived the next day. Would use the company again.”

Easy to order, delivered on time - only thing to watch out for is that you have to open the radiators up and check them whilst driver is there…. Or no refund if you find a problem subsequently.
These radiators are big and heavy - there will be plenty people who will not be able to handle this - needs reviewing.
Can understand with ceramics so please change your system.”
