“I cannot fault this company at all. Unfortunately, the packaging had been damaged whilst in transit. Upon checking, the shower riser had been damaged. Emailed Mountain Bathrooms with photographs, within 15 minutes of sending the message, I received an email back, saying the shower had been re-ordered and would be with me the following day which, it was. When placing the original order, I placed it at 6.00 pm and the shower was delivered the following day. I cannot comment upon the shower as, I have not yet had it fitted but, it seems of good quality. I would most definitely recommend Mountain Bathrooms and, will be purchasing further items from them in the near future in order to complete my new bathroom.”
