“Naval shower is exactly the same as my old shower, so it was easy to fit. The bar for the shower head is telescopic, which is great. You can fit it at the height you want it. It's got a large shower head. The controls are easy to use and they stay cool. I have low water pressure at my property so I need a water pump to increase the water flow. Which works well. I think it's a good shower and would definitely recommend it.”
“Had to repurchase since the old one broke. The limescale buildup cause the knob and shower head to malfunction. Repair is not that straightforward and parts are very expensive so we just bought same unit to replace it.”

“I hired a UK licenced plumber who could not safely install this shower as pipes did not connect well enough to be safe by UK standards in multiple joins, as Ian has also mentioned in his review. My plumber took this to his supplier who also agreed. Don't be mislead as was I. Almost all positive reviews on this product focus on the delivery and look of the shower. I would seriously question if any positive reviews on installation have been made by certified individuals. When I contacted the company, they offered no help or took no accountability so I was left to sort this out myself. After 3 hours additional labour and a broken wall to properly assess the pipework joinery, my plumber eventually made it safe by purchasing further parts. Lesson learnt-always use a licensed plumber's supplier.”
