“After placing an order a few weeks ago, only to find out on the day of delivery that the shower tray wasn’t in stock and resulting in a very upset customer and me having to work all weekend. I was then contacted by customer services who promptly apologised and compensated me. I let it go. However after placing another order for a full bathroom suite, again on the delivery was informed that the shower wasn’t in stock. What can I say I’m a professional bathroom fitter and this messed my week up big time. I send a lot of my customers to bathroom mountain and tile mountain however I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. If your buying from this company they tell you online that items are in stock, let you buy them and then you get told that there not in stock
